Description

Captains Cove comprises 122 residential lots, including terraced and standalone dwellings and 10 vacant coastal lots. The development is of high urban design quality that will integrate well with adjacent development, and contribute positively to the character of the Scott Point area.

The resource consent planning and application documents were completed in approximately 4 months with the multi-disciplinary team, from various consultancies, unable to meet in person at all, due to the Covid-19 lockdown restrictions. The cohesive design of the development speaks to the teams communication and modern remote working processes.

A framework plan accompanies this development which sets out site design decision such as yard setbacks, fencing and architectural detailing to ensure cohesion throughout the construction phase.
